Yes, we accept some insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Medicare and United healthcare at this time. We are in the process of getting credentialed with more. Out of network rates or per visit rates also available.

The personal concierge package comes with 24/7 access to Dr Kiamanesh through his cell, a personalized health plan made on the first day with the practice, same day or next day appointments during business hours and longer office visits in our new and comfortable offices. The Premier Concierge plan comes with all of the above but also includes after hours and weekend visits in the comfort and privacy of your home. Anytime you need your doctor, he will come to you.

Due to legal issues, copays are NOT covered as part of your membership fees. All agreements that you have in place with your insurance company, including copays still apply.
